Information you choose to provide

The project inquiry form can collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, and the project context you enter. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

How the information is used

Your information is used only to deliver your inquiry to Shannan Rohde, evaluate the requested work, respond to you, and maintain reasonable business records. It is not sold or used for automated advertising.

Email delivery and service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Project inquiries are sent server-side through the Gmail API to Shannan's Gmail account. The site's Google authorization requests only the permission needed to send email from that account; visitors are never asked to connect their Google account. These providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure their services under their own privacy terms.

Retention and choices

Inquiry messages may remain in business email records for as long as reasonably needed to reply, manage a potential project, meet legal obligations, or protect the service from abuse. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing shannandrohde@gmail.com.

Security

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including HTTPS and server-only storage of email credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
